Resident Registration and Training Documents

Individual Registration

Once you have started an approved training programme, you need to register as a resident with ECVECC. To register, please follow the instructions below:

Creating an account on ecvecc.org

  • Create an SSO account to access the profile area. Please click on the person icon at the top right of the website to start this. 
  • This will take you to a page with the heading 'Log into your member area'. Please click on 'reset your password.'
  • In the box with the text 'send a recovery email to' please write the email address that you would like your account to be registered with. Click 'get reset link'. This will send an email to your inbox. Please follow the instructions in the email on how to create an account.

Resident Registration

  • Log in to your account and access your dashboard/ profile area. Click on the link "become Resident"
  • Fill out the webform 
  • Open the respective Application form, complete and sign (please note that the complete document should be signed by the Programme Director)
  • Convert the Application form to PDF file and rename it with your surname only 
  • Upload the PDF file in the profile area 
  • To register as a Resident a fee is payable. A link providing details on how to provide payment will become available in your profile area once your resident registration has been accepted. Please contact our Treasurer (treasurer@ecvecc.org) if you have any difficulties with providing payment.
