Credentials Application

All Residents must apply to the Credentials Committee for acceptance of final credentials and approval to take the Certifying Examination to achieve Diplomate status. The application should be submitted along wtih the application fee and required documentation by February 15th of the year the Resident intends to sit the certifying examination. This paperwork is submitted via each resident's member dashboard. Payment is also to be made via the resident's member dashboard.

Residency Reading Lists

Copies of latest residency reading lists can be found below. These lists are updated annually and the current reading lists specifically applies to candidates sitting the 2026 certifying examination; however, it is useful for all residents to be familiar with this material.
