Our ICU, one of Europe's most modern, is looking for another veterinary ECC colleague who shares our passion to deliver state of the art care to our critically ill patients. We are currently in an incredibly exciting phase where our newly built ICU has opened fantastic opportunities to further tailor care for this demanding patient group. What do we offer?
In Helsingborg you get the possibility to further develop state-of-the-art specialized animal emergency and critical care. Our referral environment involves working as a part of our multidisciplinary and highly trained team of experienced clinicians. It gives an opportunity to increase a thorough and diverse caseload and brings excellent possibilities for clinical research.
We offer specialist services such as 24-hour emergency and critical care, blood bank, dialysis, lab, CT and MRI (1,5T), surgery, neurology, medical oncology, cardiology, internal medicine, behavior, and physiotherapy.
Two times a week we have didactic veterinary meetings including journal clubs, presentations, and lectures. In addition, we have monthly team meetings, staff meetings and regularly recurrent AW social events to support positive relations between colleagues. In addition, we have dedicated HR a wellness area and training functions, and our ambition is not only to offer a workplace, but a platform where you can shape your personal journey. As a part of IVC and Evidensia you also gain access to an extensive source of information, networking, and funds for research. There are national and international IVC and Evidensia boards and teams for every field.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal applicant would be a 3rd year resident that has completed the resident training or a board-certified specialist in ECC. Applicants with a dedicated interest and other types of specialist training in ECC are also encouraged to apply.
