The Animal Referral Hospital is excited to open our fifth Referral and Emergency Hospital in New South Wales.

Based in Minchinbury and with our doors opened in October 2023, this multidisciplinary veterinary hospital offers Western Sydney pet owners and their pets access to Emergency and Referral services. Our site offers a full diagnostic imaging suite including High-field MRI, CT, Fluoroscopy, Endoscopy and Ultrasound. A start-of-the-art ICU, three operating theatres and integrated RX works, VetS8 and Smartflow to support patient management. We also have dedicated training facilities including wet lab and education centre.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a third Emergency and Critical Care Specialist to join a dedicated and friendly team at ARH NSW and be based at Minchinbury. This role involves working as part of our multi-disciplinary referral team, which offers specialist services such as 24-hour emergency and critical care, internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, surgery, medical and radiation oncology, ophthalmology, cardiology, behaviour, and physiotherapy.

We are driven to develop a strong culture and team who will deliver excellent veterinary care and customer service to the Western Sydney region, where your ideas, suggestions and participation will be valued.

About You

The ideal applicant will be a registered specialist in Emergency and Critical Care, Fellow (ANZCVS) or Diplomate (ACVECC, ECVECC). Applicants that have completed their residency training are also encouraged to apply.

This position requires interaction with a large team of specialists, veterinarians and nurses.
