An application fee of € 200 is required. The fee is due at the time of submission and is non-refundable. Payment can be made via credit card using Stripe (see details below) or via bank transfer (please contact secretary@ecvecc.org for details if you'd prefer to pay via this method). Once payment has been made, proof of payment should also be sent with their application.

Applicants should submit their application to the Secretary (secretary@ecvecc.org) by January 15th each year, with successful applicants becoming Dipl. ECVECC at the next ECVECC® AGM (usually June of the same year).
Checklist for applications (please complete and attach information as required in a single file)
- 1A Curriculum Vitae.
- A copy of ACVECC diploma.
- A list of publications.
- A description of the way in which the speciality is currently practised, including an estimate of how much time is spent in the emergency and critical care medicine (hours per week).
- Two (2) reference letters confirming (see attachment “reference letter”) that the candidate has
- been practising (through practice, teaching and research) the speciality for at least 60% of their time (24 hours per week), for the last 5 years;
- demonstrated satisfactory moral and ethical standing in the profession;
- practised scientific, evidence-based veterinary medicine, which complies with animal welfare legislation.
- promoted continuous improvement in the quality and standard of specialist practice;
- communicated effectively with the public and with professional colleagues
- Confirmation that the individual is licensed to practise in a European country and practising in a European country. P
