Individual Registration
Once you have started an approved training programme, you need to register as a resident with ECVECC. To register, please download and complete the form below and submit electronically to secretary@ecvecc.org within one month of the start of your programme. Fees & Deadlines
To register as a Resident a fee is payable at the time of registration. Please contact our Treasurer (treasurer@ecvecc.org) to receive instructions for payment.

January 1 | November Training Benchmark assignments are due |
February 1 | New Resident registration is due for Residency programmes starting in January |
February 15 | Resident credentials applications due for residents hoping to sit the certifying examination in September the same year |
March 1 | Annual Progress Reports due for Residents on the January cycle |
April 1 | Candidates informed of credentials application outcome by this date |
May 1 | Exam registration deadline for candidates sitting the examination in September |
May 1 | Examination Fee due for candidates sitting the examination in September |
July 1 | Last day to have manuscript accepted for publication (on the year that the Candidate intends to sit the Certifying Examination) |
July | July cycle residencies begin |
July 1 | May Training Benchmark assignments are due |
July 15 | Final Progress Reports due for Candidates taking the Certifying Examination in September |
